For-Drill est spécialisée dans le forage dirigé, une technique d’enfouissement des réseaux éprouvée et d’avenir. Cette technique bénéficie de nombreux avantages : embellissement des paysages urbains et ruraux en faisant disparaître les lignes électriques suspendues, gain de temps vis à vis des techniques d’enfouissement classique et la possibilité de  franchir des obstacles tels que des voies ferrées, fleuves et autres.

Le chantier est installé et la machine prête, la phase du tir pilote peut commencer. C’est le premier trou effectué par la tête de forage guidée par un opérateur.

Une fois la tête de forage arrivée à destination lors du tir pilote, elle est remplacée par un aléseur qui va agrandir le tunnel. Cette étape est répétée plusieurs fois si nécessaire afin d’atteindre 1.5x la taille de la canalisation à poser.

Pour terminer, la canalisation à installer est reliée à l’aléseur et est ramenée vers la machine en lieu et place des tiges de forage. Le forage est terminé, la conduite installée !
